Kari Crowley
Owner/Financial Manager

Born and raised on the front range of Colorado, Kari headed west after college to follow a boy and immediately made the Roaring Fork Valley her home. It worked out extremely well since that boy happens to be her business partner and co-owner of Silver Mountain Properties. She has proudly called this valley her home for over three decades and sincerely loves the beauty and opportunities that it offers. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, primarily with Aspen-based Ski.com, Kari cultivated a multifaceted skill set spanning sales, marketing, vendor relations, and operations management.  Driven by a desire to broaden her horizons, she seized the opportunity to acquire Silver Mountain Properties, fueled by her core values of prompt responsiveness, unwavering dedication, and a contagiously positive team spirit. At SMP, she wears many hats. From managing finances for HOAs, attending meetings, and taking minutes to nurturing board and vendor relationships, scheduling, and sometimes even mowing lawns, Kari believes that no job is too big or too small.

Shannon Weeks is a dynamic professional with a passion for community management and a love for the exhilarating world of rodeo.  As an Assistant Community Association Manager,  Shannon thrives on creating vibrant and cohesive communities where residents can flourish. With her keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships within the neighborhoods she serves. In her spare time Shannon enjoys spending time with her horses and competing in the local rodeos. 

 I'm Marta A Orellana, and I'm proud to be a part of the dedicated janitorial team at Silver Mountain Properties. With six years of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that I love what I do.

Every day, I come to work with a smile on my face, grateful for the opportunity to ensure our buildings are pristine and welcoming for all who enter. I take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our properties.

I consider myself blessed to have found a job that I'm passionate about, and I thank God for the opportunity to make a difference in the spaces we care for. At Silver Mountain, we're not just maintaining buildings; we're creating environments where people can thrive.
