For many part-time residents and vacation homeowners, a full-time house manager or caretaker may not be practical. And yet, the personal attention required to maintain a property, prepare for visits, and keep all systems in a "lived-in" condition is still important. Let SMP be your eyes for your home while you are away!

Since each home and homeowner is different we offer several monitoring plans that are flexible to meet your needs. This unique offering is different from other "monitoring" services by security firms. We offer a variety of forms of home monitoring, including drive-by visual inspections to in-home walkthroughs. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly or monthly status checks. We inspect key environmental systems like water, air systems, windows, doors, security systems, perimeter, etc. and provide a condition report after each visit. SMP can also act as a project coordinator and liaison with security firms, tradesmen, contractors or others working in or around your home. Frequency of visits and extent of information gathered and provided is tailored to your specific requirements.
